Register to Use the Modules

Thank you for registering to use the Preceptor Education Program (PEP). The following information is being collected to help us keep track of usage of the program. We will also be able to link your practice/discipline information with the comments that you provide at the end of each module. This will be very helpful in looking at how effective each learning module is for various individuals (E.g. students, clinicians, nurses, physiotherapists, etc.). However, we will not be able to link your name and personal contact information with the comments, thus your feedback about the learning modules will be confidential. Your personal contact information will not be shared with or sold to anyone else.

NOTE:  The PEP server is unavailable every Sunday until noon, for regular maintenance .
